Paper Submission


1. All papers should be written in English, each paper 4-5 pages.
2. The papers should be formatted PDF or Word.
3. The accepted papers will be published after peer-reviewed in Systems Science & Control Engineering(SSCE, Published by Taylor & Francis Group, the world's largest academic publishing group); Journal of Applied Analysis & Computation (JAAC, Published jointly by Shanghai Normal University & Wilmington Scientific Publisher). Note that SSCE and JAAC have no citation index.
4. All accepted paper should be oral presented in one session of the conference, 15 minuetes for each one are encouraged. Each session will last for a half day (with a coffee break) or a full day (with a lunch break and two coffee breaks). Some leading scientists would be invited as a keynote speekers or served as the chairs for the sessions to ensure the high quality of the focus session.
5. After recommended by the Conference Program Committee, some papers will be selected to be published in the International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos ( 5 papers for IJBC), Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society (10 papers for DDNS), and Mathematical Problems in Engineering ( 10 papers for MPE). IJBC, DDNS, and MPE are SCI index journals.
6. The registration fee doesn't include the publication costs. Some journals are free for publication, however some journals need extra page charges. The 3 journals including IJBC, SSCE and JAAC are free for publication, but DDNS and MPE need extra $1200.
